Explanation of MIS
Management of Information System plays a role in an organization and decision making process. In an organization, it can support planning, control, and operation function by providing the information which can help the decision makers. Management Information Systems (MIS) is the study of people, technology, organizations, and the relationships among them. MIS on Industrial Engineering discusses valuable courses like competitive advantages, knowledge management, internet of things, business process reengineering for supply chain, relational database, and many more. MIS professionals help firms realize maximum benefit from investment in personnel, equipment, and business processes. MIS is a people-oriented field with an emphasis on service through technology.
